Requirements

  • Remote work for a non-Spanish company or self-employed with non-Spanish clients, supported by a valid employment or freelance contract.
  • Minimum monthly income of approximately EUR 2,650 (exact amount depends on the size of the family).
  • Proof of a university degree or at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Renewal requires evidence of continued remote work, sufficient financial means, valid health insurance, and at least 183 days of residence per year.
